Zucchini Parmesan Balls & Nibble ideas

 This is a simple yummy accompaniment & other tasty bits Zucchini Parmesan Balls 2 zucchini 1 egg 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan 1 spoonful of flour  (you don’t need much – just enough to get the right consistency.  I used coconut flour because I had it) Grate the zucchini and add the other ingredients.  Roll into balls and cook on a baking sheet for 20 minutes at 220 degrees.   This only makes a 1 balanced block so add some more protein and vegetables to your meal with maybe a piece of fruit or a glass of wine to make a 2
