While some people may be gluten sensitive, very few are coeliacs who are truly gluten intolerant. There are plenty of good food choices out there without gluten in them but the burgeoning gluten-free industry seems to be cashing in on people’s weaknesses by creating unnecessary fear. Why would you eat expensive gluten-free bread when it is better not to eat bread at all?
