Just had a lovely Zone balanced lunch at Avida in Featherston street. They do tasty tapas so I had Albondigas (beef & red wine meatballs with pureed chickpeas), seasonal greens (beans today) with olive oil and slivered almonds, all washed down with a delicious glass of Wooing Tree rose.  Highly recommended. 
Being in the Zone is easy to manage when eating out if you are careful what you choose from the menu.  Avoid bread, pasta, rice, potatoes.  I would rather enjoy a nice glass of wine as part of my carbs along with fresh vegetables.
